Setting up and upkeep of provider profiles, office settings, and billing settings within the practice management system for new and existing providers
Collaborate on development/maintenance of practice policies and intake forms
Practice Administration and Patient Communication
Phone operations: fielding general practice inquiries and patient communications of a non-clinical nature, including new patient inquiries.
Provider calendar management including breaks, blocks and closures
Patient scheduling and rescheduling
New patient Intake: processing, scheduling and chart creation
Maintain up to date and accurate insurance information for patients within the practice management system.
